According to traditional medicine, due to cold or unrelaxed will cause blood stagnation in the uterus, causing pain. In addition, due to weak qi and blood, the meridians in the supply cells are not sufficiently nourished, causing pain.

4. PREPARATION

5.2. Rescue tricks
